Deep sides, easy to clean
I like this pan as I am a messy cooker with a back injury and tend to accidentally splatter food while cooking. These deep sides makes cooking eggs and burger easy with no extra mess on the stove. It is light and cleans easily. The handle doesn't get hot. I fried lingcod in it and with the basket, you need a lot of oil, like a quart to cook. Without the basket you can cook a lot more fish. Overall, I like the pan.

Best pan ever
Perfect size for what I was trying to accomplish, smooth and easy to use. Can be used stove top and in the oven, it is easy to clean and store.

I love this pot
Very nice size - perfect for making soups. It’s deep enough to make sure the oil for frying stays in the pan. It’s lightweight but very sturdy.

Handles need an upgrade
I love the size and non-stick surface on this pan. It cleans up easy and is dishwasher safe. The versatility is great. I do not like the design of the handles at all. They cut into my hands since they are just metal. A round handle, preferably with an added comfort grip, would be ideal. I also do not like the drip pan sides. I suppose it’s great for oil but limits the use since it does not seal with the lid on. Overall, guess I can’t complain for $40.

Cheap but nice
Needed a deep fry pan because I've been craving blooming onions for a while now and I can't resist the demons any longer. Arrived in a box like it came straight off a shelf, beat to all hell by our honorable and respectable mailmen of the United States Postal Service. ZERO security keeping the box from opening and flinging the contents out in transit besides a small circular sticker over a cardboard tab holding the top of the box in place. The sticker was no longer sticky so I can only thank my guardian postage angel for keeping my pan safe. The pan itself is nice, feels a little cheap but it's light and I only really intend to deep fry with it so I could care less about how sticky the oil gets when I'm trying to flip it in the pan. The coating's really consistent in my pan so I'm sure it'd work wonderfully for any application you can think of. I saw people baking cakes in there and flipping the pan and having it perfectly release in some weird cube shape. My favorite feature is the little lip to make pouring oil into a jar or bottle much easier. Even a lot of specialized deep frying pans that cost significantly more don't have this little quality of life feature and it's so easy to do not sure why so few people add it in.My main complaint with it is with the quality of the accessories, namely the steamer tray. It's incredibly thin metal with the edges folded over and it looks very rough and inconsistent along the fold. Both sides had a plastic film for shipping and the bottom lip had pinched off plastic which is just permanently stuck under there to be included in my food eventually. You also receive the tray unassembled and to put it together you get four very thin metal feet you need to bend into 8 holes to form the legs of the tray. I had no problem installing them but they're uneven from bending them into the holes where if they used an even slightly higher quality steel they'd spring back into shape and not hold whatever form you put them into like these do.The fry basket is very thin metal too almost like window screen. I feel like I could rip it if I don't baby the basket so I'll be gentle and update this if I manage to rip it by accident some day.I've noticed this pan has identical triplets under different brands with, I'm assuming, different coatings: Gotham Steel and Copper Chef. They're the same exact shape and accessories so I wonder who's behind the original and also who's behind all the different brands. Very shady but I don't care too much I want with Granitestone because of Freakin' Reviews who swears by the brand. If they are all competing I'd have gone with whoever decided to shell out a little extra for some beefier accessories and proper packaging!

This pot/pan is NOT 6.5 quarts as stated
Probably a nice pan not sure, I expected it to be 6 5 quarts as the picture states. It is not. Its probably 5 - 5.5 quarts. If the smaller size is not an issue go for it. I wanted it for the size. I returned it.
