So plush and comfy for baby, my baby stays asleep while in his car seat with this cushion. I love the support it gives and how soft it is. Easy to install and machine washable.

My daughter was a long newborn so we did not use this insert much but my sister is having another baby and we both have used these for all out kids. It’s extremely comfortable for them and gives you piece of mind that they are okay.

Initial Review:I received this in the mail today inside of a delivery box. When I opened it, the product package was ripped and squished (the box it came in was plenty big enough and had the proper support so this shouldn't have happened). Then, I opened the package and noticed a milk stain on the pillow and another larger milk/grease stain on the body pillow. It seems I received a used product. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer to make this right.Updated Review:The company sent a new insert and it arrived only 2 days after the first one. The new sent product was unopened when I received it. I love the way it looks/feels and am excited to try it out with baby boy in his car seat when he arrives!

We like it! It seems pretty comfy for our little guy and don’t have any complaints. I love the color.

Very soft and comfy, but the hospital wouldn’t let us bring her home in it because it wasn’t original to the car seat. So was a waste of $ to us.

I refunded this for not needing it but I’m rating it anyway because I had one with my 2nd and 3rd babies and it was great. You can also move to your bouncer, swing, etc.

Helpful when our LO didn't have head control. Great for the carseat and stroller. We have a BOB jogging stroller and with the head and body support, he fit securely in the seat since he was a few months old.

I'm neutral on this product as I didn't get a chance to actually use it. We knew our baby will be small so we got this insert for the car seat but we couldn't use it to take our baby home from the hospital. Itbwasn't what came with the orginal car seat so they couldn't use it for the car seat test (something to do with original warranty and fire hazard safety in the event of an accident). Due to this information from the hospital car seat specialists, we decided to not use inserts at all.
