The 150W does the trick. I don't understand wattage issues. My old light from another company said 40W on it but was very bright. I thought the 100W light of this brand would be even brighter. It wasn't for some reason. I returned it and got the 150 W instead. It's better than the original one I bought as it has the light at the bottom, too. Just get it. You won't be disappointed.

These are really bright. Two of them would really light up a garage.

I thought these would be gimmicky until I saw a set like them in a relative’s garage. I decided to buy two if these for my garage and they did not disappoint!! They are much brighter than the two single bulbs and the adjustable facets are incredible and allow for better focusing of light in certain areas. Very nicely built!

I purchased these for replacing incandescent bulbs in my garage and work areas but they just don't produce enough light for a garage sized area unless all you need is a super night light. If you want to work under them you will be disappointed. That said, I moved them to smaller areas, like hallways or pantries and they work great in the smaller areas. Being able to direct the light to some degree is helpful as well. So, consider where you plan to use them. In large areas you will be disappointed but in smaller areas you will be delighted.

Easy to install and I am purchasing two more lights for the entire garage.

Easy Install! I’ve read other reviews, where they say it is flimsy, which is actually not true!! When I was installing the light, I accidentally dropped it from a height of 8 to 9 feet from on top of the ladder to the ground…. Didn’t break or fall apart! Very well made and durable! Lights up my garage perfectly!

I had another brand that died after several years and I replaced them with these lights. This set is noticeably less bright, and what appears to be a heatsink around the LCDS in the photos is just plastic for decoration; they are much more cheaply constructed. These claim to be 100W bulbs producing 10,000 lumens, but the prior 82W bulbs producing 9,000 lumen lights were far brighter. They've functioned fine for a month or so, but i'm skeptical of their light production claims.

I bought one of these over a year ago for my garage. I often leave the light on overnight in my garage because I’m forgetful. It out lasted three Bell+Howell TriBurst that were in the other light socket. Purchased a second one today I’m tired of returning the TriBurst. It is also great If you move it into a room that your painting it provides lots of light to avoid missing spots.

One of the two lights that were delivered today does NOT work ???What should I do ???

I really like these lights and will likely order more but I had a problem with one unit. The metal screw -in end twisted off in the light receptacle thus making the unit unusable. Can I get one new unit?

I love this product! Made my garage as bright as day. No more dark areas and it screws in light any other light bulb would. The pivoting head is so helpful for all sizes and shapes of rooms BUY THIS!
