I ordered the entire POE system with NVR. it installs easily and works great. The HD is amazingly clear. Night vision works great also. Thus far I am pleased. I had one camera that the infrared for night vision quit working. The camera itself worked fine in the day , just infrared at night was inoperable. I contacted customer service and was helped by Cathy. After some trouble shooting and communication back and forth Cathy decided that my camera needed to be replaced. Within a couple days my new camera arrived. It is installed and working great. I want to give a big THANK YOU to Cathy for her help and support. I have encouraged others to invest in this system.

I bought 4 replacement cameras in August 2021 and I only got my technician to come and replace them yesterday. 2/4 replacement units ONLY showing in B/W and the install was done during the day. Settings for all 8 cameras were defaulted and 6/8 cameras working very well, automatically adjusting to infrared when it was night.I sent a message to ZOSI about the issue. Awaiting feedback on my 2/4 replacements.I have been back and forth with ZOSI for the last couple of days concerning my replacement cameras. PLEASE BE AWARE.. if you an international customer (living outside of the US, with a US skybox address or you are sending any ZOSI item to a friend or relative that lives in the US).. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM ZOSI..They want you to ship back the item from your home location (shipping cost exceeds the cost of a brand new item, which absolutely makes no sense).I have purchased other items from different sellers with same issues and other sellers just send the new/ replacement item/s without you sending the faulty item back to them.INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!!Or... Any even to get a refund, you are still required to ship back the faulty item/s from ZOSI.It would have cost me $129.00usd to ship my faulty cameras (2) to ZOSI.. and the cost of 2 new cameras are $99.98usd..ZOSI... YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Though I've order this months ago and finally procrastinated my installation realizing I had a faulty system I contacted zosi in fear they would brush me asideElla from the zosi team quickly shipped out an upgraded model without hesitation and now smiling ear to ear knowing this is my brand now for surveillance systems.Thank you Ella and zosi team for helping out someone who is addicted to cameras btw I have over 12 systems in multiple locations so this means a lot to my family and businesses family!!!

I bought this and I installed two cameras. I need to install the other two. I also need to spend more time to co figure alerts but I’m Very happy with it. The picture is great and for the price you can’t go wrong.

Works great. Excellent night vision. Very easy setup, didn’t realize it included enough cabling for my needs.

Purchase and installed very recently ,so cannot comment on long term reliability. Day vision is vibrant and night vision is very clear. The ZOSI H.265 NVR and cameras work well together with no artifacts.For smaller areas I would highly recommend this combo. However, a higher resolution than 1920x1080 might be needed for identifying someone from any distance.

Bought in August 2023 now in November one camera has completely stopped working. Now my concern is how long are the other 3 cameras gonna last before failure. Didn’t think I’d have to worry about finding replacement cameras every 4 months.
