I bought these so that I would have a backup to my favorite Starbucks (discontinued) mug- size and weight are same- the graphic sorta looks like I’m not wearing my glasses when looking at the sbx mug (right in photo) forgive the coffee dregs in my sbx mug currently enjoying a cuppa :)In any event happy with the purchase and now I have 2 backups for my favorite

They are great mugs but the rattling sound bugs me. Like loose chips in one of the mugs. Too much to return just one but might want to see if others had the same experience.

I love the look of these mugs. This is the reason I bought them. I drink a lot of hot water because I don't like sweet things and I just feel better when I do. These leave a distinct chemical taste in my water. It took me forever to figure it out too. I couldn't figure out what was making my water taste like chemicals. I thought it was my filter at first so I changed that. Eventually, I realized the only time I was getting the bad taste is in these cups. My other favorite mug is Pinky Pie and Rainbow Dash (don't judge. I have 3 teen sons and a husband and they leave those mugs alone) so I was using other mugs frequently. I noticed I did not like using these because my hot beverages taste disgusting from, I assume, chemicals leeching in to the water when exposed to heat. I'm upset that I figured it out way past my return window. Use at your own risk...

Love these mugs, just wish there was a lid that fit them to keep my coffee hot longer. I tried ordering one, but i guess the opening isn't perfectly round because it does quite fit right.
