Easy to assemble & looks great in my entrance.

The bench looks good and stores shoes well. The assembly instructions and process was lacking. The plastic "clips" to install with the top shelf really have no where nor no way to attach. Even if they could attache, there is no real support for the shelf. The bottom shelf is held in by fitting into grooves in the side pieces.I expect the shelf will0 sag and pull out of the grooves in time. Some brackets could be installed, but the shelves are too thin for even short screws.

This works perfect in my daughter’s room. It’s a great way to store shoes and accessories with the bench to sit while putting them on. Really functional and cute at the same time. Nice piece of furniture.

While it’s nice for shoes we really purchased this so our cat could be a nosey neighbor. It holds about 6-8 adult sized shoes and 1 pretty long cat.

There are no guide holes drilled into the underneath top cushion piece to connect it to the hinges or the other hinge that holds the top up when you open it! WTH am I supposed to do? I don't have a drill and would not trust myself figuring out the exact place they would need to go. I am not happy. The piece went together fairly easy but now I can't use the cushion top the way it's supposed to be used. I will have to move the WHOLE piece off to use the little storage area and put it back. No holes for the hinges. NOT HAPPY

The product was very protected with its packaging. The instructions were clear and it fits well in a small area. Very attractive and useful.

For its size and cost, this bench works fine for a 2-person household. The under-lid storage holds a decent amount of our winter accessories with a little room to spare. We each have multiple pairs of shoes and it's a little crowded, and the hardware isn't quite perfectly situated; the lid was a little stiff and didn't want to completely close for a while. If you have more than two people and/or frequent guest and nowhere else to put shoes, you may want to invest in a larger bench, but this one works well for us and the space we've set it up in.

This helped me clean up the clutter of shoes on the landing. Easy to put together and it looks nice.
