This sectional was simple to build and looks as good as if it was purchased at a furniture store. It came in 2 big boxes, we first took off all plastic, allowing all of the pillows and cushion to properly decompress from the air tight bags. It’s easy to switch sides as well. The seats are firm, not too soft. The texture and pillows are soft.

Other reviews said the color was darker than shown, but I find the light grey to be very light. Pretty easy to put together with just one person. Feels sturdy and it’s on the firm side.

Came in 3 boxes. 2 arrived the same day the other a few days later but still a day before schedule. My partner assembled them in less than an hour. I love the color. They are beautiful. They are sturdy but on the firm side. The back is very thin so not a lot of support on the long sides but that explains the price. I will just get more pillows.Update: Still love the couch but the seat cushions slide. I was going to buy velcro but there’s nowhere to put it because it is metal under the cushions. So it is annoying to have to get up and fix them all the time.

Great customer service. We purchased this during the Prime Big Deal Days and received a heavy discount, but regardless is a really nice couch! The only thing I would be weary of is cats. Our cats decided to fight each other on the couch and they cut a small hole into the fabric… it’ll be fine but something to think about.

Cheap fabric that wrinkles just sitting on it, very thin. Already snagged a couple times just by sitting on it. Very little padding on back cushions. Lean back & you can feel the frame. I’ll probably only keep until I find something else. Returns you pay the shipping $200+ not even worth it

The thing I liked the most about this product was its size. It had more than enough space for 4 people sitting and could probably fit 6 max. The ottoman it comes with is a nice touch and offers great storage. I also really liked the hydraulic pump so it auto opens and closes effortlessly.

Once all is together the sofa is very comfy and just what we wanted. Sofa came in missing 1 cushion. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement right away. A few of the holes were pre drilled so they didn't line up. So there was a little adjusting but that is to be expected for furniture needing put together. Very happy

The media could not be loaded.  The quality for the price is not that good but it’s just enough for first time furniture. I loved it up until i tried to wash the covers and trying to put them back in the cushions the zipper easily breaks. Imma need to buy new cushions that match . also it comes with 2 hooks that’s supposed to connect the couch but it easily detaches as well . Recommended for first time moving into your own place but i will not buy again
