Overall, I was very pleased with this purchase. I purchased several of these for all my cookie baking this past Christmas. The size was decent, and worked out well for me in the long run. I originally wanted larger, but that was hard to find, and larger can be an issue when counter space is tight, and these ended up working out just fine. I love that they stack, and how easy they stack ... then fold away for storage. Just a note: I also liked the height of these particular legs. Some racks were shorter, which may seem more than tall enough for just the height of cookies, but this extra height gave me room to stick my hand in to move or position cookies once another rack was stacked on top of it, so that was a good feature for me. I also liked the small grid pattern on these racks, vs. others which had a larger grid, or just slats - where certain smaller items have a chance to fall through or get caught. I got this to replace an old chrome steel cooling rack I had that was rusting and starting to break at the welds. I am extremely happy with the quality of this rack. I actually got one of the jelly-roll pan sized ones and I liked it so much that I bought this stackable version as well. I realize the stainless steel is more expensive, but I can't really understand why anyone would make anything else. The other ones just rust and break. Also, I love that it is a grid pattern so things don't slip through (my old one just had horizontal slats and thin stuff could fall through the gaps). And the grid construction makes it much sturdier, I don't feel like it's going to warp or bend when I'm scrubbing it like my old one. It's really easy to clean. I'm just all-around impressed with this and it was well worth the extra cost for something that works well and is going to last a lot longer.

This is a very sturdy unit when in upright position. If you are careful to get legs extended out all the way out. It is not non-stick but it is very easy to clean after cooking meat, if you put it into a sink of very hot soapy water to loosen up crumbs then put into dishwasher. Comes out clean as a whistle. Fits into half sheet baking pan perfectly. I will be ordering the same brand without the folding legs soon. Yes they are expensive but well worth the extra cost.

I purchased these to use for my jerky making, and they worked out perfectly. The stainless steel is nice and surdy and I don't feel any flexing on the racks. This has definitely made it easy for me to lay out the meat for drying and I could now dry more meat in the oven at once.Washing the racks was also quite easy. Making my whole task of jerky making a breeze.

Haven't had it long, but I used it 5 times and it works super well! The legs have been very stable and never collapsed on me even with a full rack of meat on top and bottom. I plan to use it to make jerky and I'm certain it will work after using it to bake chicken strips on low temp (225 degrees). IT IS hard to clean because the wires are so close together and there's a lot of them, so you would need a cleaning system like a soak tub and big brush to not be frustrated with it. Totally worth the money, I think...

I was very disappointed to see that when my rack arrived that it was only 1. I had to come back to the description and that is when I realized it says "3-teir capable". Very expensive for one tier rack. Have not tried it yet as only just open box but it does look like a good rack. Not too sure if will purchase other tiers for that price though. Again READ it carefully as it is only 1 rack....NOT 3.

The racks are stainless steel, and very well made. They are easy to use, easy to clean and to store.
