It's a lot thicker than paste too!
The paste is THICC AF. A couple of tea spoons is more than enough to give a rich tomato flavour and thicken gravies. It lasts QUITE a while, and the fact that it's packaged such that it prevents fungus as air doesn't get in unless you leave the cap open. I've been using it for almost 14 months now. No degradation in flavour or consistency. (14 months because I was taken rather ill and couldn't cook for almost 8 months. During this time the paste was chilling in the fridge)It is my absolute favourite! The best there is. I've struggled real hard to find a nice tomato paste that was relatively inexpensive. Safa is fabulous quality but pricey, Morton, you almost never get the paste, only puree. This one, I tried purely because it was literally dirt cheap - but I have to admit, it has been one of my best purchases. Would blindly recommend.

Color is too strong( jalebi Color)It's sweet in taste, one has to balance with other spices and adding more salt,that may not suit some people.

Have never tasted such an awsum tasting tomato paste...but really upset tomato price has gone down n we have to move back to regular tomatoes as we feel long term use of packed food is harmful...But all this time it leveld up the color ,taste n texture of our food ..loved it

Areas of recommendation
I like it. Good to use for making soups and dips . Must be refrigerated after opening. Colour looks artificial.

If you want tomato paste, then this is good because of the large pack size. Reasonable when tomato prices are high.
