Item sound quality is good though wired in this priceBut the issue I faced is headphones not connecting via Bluetooth I tried to charge or even 2-3 phones i tried to connect with but still not connectedMaybe it's a only 1 item issue3 stars for the customer service who responded on time and gave me options for a replacementBut if they give replacement same day that would be more better......
