Better quality than I was expecting
My wife and I were having our bathroom remodeled and we needed a shower faucet that had a rain spout and a handheld shower head. After searching literally everywhere, we came across this shower faucet. It’s a decent price and has the features that we needed, so I purchased it. After it had arrived, I went through the box. It was packaged extremely well. All parts felt very sturdy and of good quality. This surprised me as it was made abroad. I gave it to my contractor to install, and he told me that it was actually very easy to install, and it was clearly marked. After the bathroom was completed, we gave it a test run. It works great. The pressure is excellent. The diverted is easy to switch between rain shower, handheld, or both. Most of all, it doesn’t leak one bit. I did purchase an additional cartridge, as what I’ve read online stated that these tend to break.We are very pleased with this purchase..

GREAT shower head, sprayer grip issue
I do love the shower. Head, my problem with the sprayer is that it doesn't latch on very well and it's constantly falling when we shower. Open, we switch it to turn on the sprayer. The water comes out really fast and it also fells off.

Did a lower cost remodel of my shower and bought this. Absolutely love it. Looks good and the water pressure from shower head is amazing! The hand held is okay nothing special about it. Would buy it again and recommend
