Almost IDIOT Proof!
This is a breeze to install (even for an 80 yr old). Two little problems. You are supposed to have your 12V batteries disconnected. For some, this is a pain to do. The other little problem is the tiny little screws that have to go into molded holes that ‘fat fingers’ can’t get into. Magnetic screwdriver or tweezers needed. All, in all, a nice looking little unit that should work for 5 years or more, (my last one worked for almost 8).

Easy replacement install.
Our RV detector alarm kept going off, but couldn'tfind a leak, so we disconnected it. We read they were only good for 5 years. We purchased this one to replace it. It has a readout on it. It was super easy to replace! It fixed our problem. It's been a few months and nothing, yet. Now, we wait.

Good quality, easy to install
This unit was exactly as described. My fault but I hadn't noticed it was only a gas detector. I was replacing a gas AND CO detector, so I needed to buy a separate CO detector and install it too.
