Fits my 2010 ford escape perfect and easy install.

I chose the Metra kit as I had heard it was better than the other options available. The kit comes with everything you need to install either a single or double DIN head-unit. The colors match up perfectly with the silver interior and it attaches to the car the same as the stock dash cover.A couple of issues I had with this kit include:- You have to cut out the center bar if you're using a double din setup. While it's not too hard to do, it would have been easier if it was something I could just pop off.- The double din cover you insert after installing the head-unit is a little loose and doesn't sit tightly against the unit. I plan to use some double sided tape to keep it from slipping out. Not a huge issue but it cheapens the look of the install.- There were a couple of corners on kit where the paint had rubbed off. I'm sure I'm the only one that will ever notice but I'm sure it will catch my eye from time to time.Other than that, it's a great kit that does exactly what it's supposed to do. If you're looking to install an aftermarket head unit in your Escape, this is the kit to buy.

It’s ok for the price I guess but I honestly feel like I could paint it better myself if they left it blank they don’t seem to have a dust free environment which is needed for painting auto painters would be rolling over in there grave

I ordered this dash so I could install a Pioneer P4300DVD double DIN DVD player in my 2010 Ford Escape. The package arrived in very good condition in the original manufacturer wrappers. The instructions worked well for me but Ive done after market head unit installs before. The reason I gave the kit 4 stars instead of 5 is that no screws are included to bolt your head unit to the mounting brackets supplied with the kit. I went to Lowes and for $1.39 got (12) M5x6mm screws and that fixed me right up.Color matched factory interior well.All the holes lined up in the kit with the head unit and the Ford Escape dash.Overall very satisfied, no negatives to list.

The "S" unit is painted so it's susceptible to scratches if you're not careful. Not the best paint job on the one I received but good enough. Very close color match to the factory silver, but hard to match something that's been sitting in a 2011 Ford Escape XLT in the sun for the past 5 years. The 2din snap in holder mechanism was very tight on the head unit I installed had to file down some plastic edges to get past screw heads. All in all an ok unit for the price.

It fit fine and I was pretty excited about it at first, but this arrived with an ugly black scuff on it, and some of the silver/grey paint started coming off within a few days. All this within the day of receiving it. Even my old original piece lasted longer than this one. The fit is fine, the cosmetics is terrible. Very disappointing considering it took an extremely long time for this to be shipped and delivered.

Fit perfectly with the deck I installed. The only draw back was the direction provided, they were very vague so you have to figure it out a bit yourself. Lastly the plastic is cheaply made so when cutting the middle piece for the double din it did crack a bit but its hidden so you don't see it. All in all I would buy it again - Hope this helps someone else.

Was a good fit in the vehicle for me. As per the reviews. The part is a painted finish. So I put a clear coat of paint on the product before installing it. It matched and fit well the interior.

Not as durable at the original and the colour is a little off and you also have to cut a piece off if your installing a full touch screen deck but overall i’d give it a 3&1/2 star rating but only got an option for 4.
