A little disapointed
The fan its self works well and cools the room nicely but! For the price it doesnt come with battwries for the remote, the wiring instructions are useless, the pairing for thw app control does not work! And tge light was dirty, there was a dry green playdough sybstance in several place along the visable plastic lightwhich i couldnt get off!In addition the frame is wonkey as hell so ita all out when mounted. Poor show for £124!

Nice Fan, very bright, but dimable light, slight wiring issue satisfactorily resolved.
We bought this fan for our bedroom, we had a slight wiring issue with it, the A/C connections are just two plain white wires so not colour co-ordinated. However, we have to say that this company are very easy to contact, respond to emails and issues quickly and effeciently, so have very good customer service and our issue has been satisfactorily resolved. Would buy from them again.

Wiring instructions are wrong
I would have given this 5 stars as it's a very smart light/fan but wiring instructions are poorly written. Both neutral and live are white wires, they are not brown/blue or red/black as you's expect and not marked in any way.Being A/C it doesn't matter which way round you wire them but it doesn't mention that so I can understand people why people might get confused return these to Amazon for a refund.All it needs is a slip of paper/amendment inside to say the two white wires are live and neutral.

Easy to install and quiet!
Used for Bedroom. Using the remote it’s so easy to operate from your Bed with the added bonus of being so quiet. Fantastic for those unbearable hot nights.
