I used this once and it gave me an eye infection. I do not recommend.
I used one on an eyelid before bed and it irritated my eye. The next morning, I woke up with my eyeball red and painful. This lasted most of the day. I returned this item. Would not recommend that you put it anywhere near your eyes.

Rough and non absorbent
I purchased these to cleanse my eyelids with cleanser. Totally not appropriate for this use. These are scratchy and non absorbing. Perhaps ok for removing nail polish, but these are like a stiff paper, not cotton. I have returned these.

Very rough, to the point of actually being sharp enough along the edges to scratch your skin. Never knew a cotton pad could be made in such a fashion to be sharp. Completely unusable on eyelids.

Don't feel like cotton, thin cheap and hard to use.
Very thin, saturates too easily for use with products like astringents. Then hard to hold onto and scrub skin.
