Not a lot of volume and will whistle if turned up very much. I will give customer service a 5 star review as they are willing to help me find another hearing device that will work better for my more advanced hearing loss.

I purchased this product in late July and its right aid went dead in late October. I wanted to report it but unable to find that purchase information on Amazon until now. As of today I finally found the order and manuctor name MOVOCROOL . What to do $109 is a lot to pay for ONLY THREE MONTH USAGE IS NTOT VERU LONG/

They are advertised as whistle free. But mine must be defective... they whistle like crazy until they are inserted in my ears. Then they stop whistling. So they are not whistle free. Mine almost blow my ears out. Waste of money .. do not buy.

I ordered these hearing aid, and when I initially received it, there was an issue with the battery not holding its charge. So, I promptly reached out to the company using the Amazon chat system, and their response was very quick. They requested a picture, so I decided to create a short video, uploaded it to YouTube with a private link, and sent the link in an attached text file for them to assess the problem.Pleased with what I had shown them, they sent me a new device.I am highly satisfied with this pair of devices; the charge lasts for about a day and a half. Since I only use one at a time, it's just a matter of swapping devices when one runs out of battery.Now, due to my very small earlobe, the device was somewhat bothersome inside my ear. Drawing from my experience as a former Police Officer, I ordered an Acoustic Tube, similar to the one I used with my Police Radio, which connected from the radio to my ear. It worked perfectly; it no longer bothers me, and I don't experience any feedback noise (see the attached picture). The comfort was unbelievably bad

It's amazing how you just accept things sometimes, hearing loss was one of those. A late night impulse buy has led to an amazing quality of life upgrade. For some reason I always thought hearing aids were some kind of dark science that you had to see a specialist and cost a fortune. That is just not true. These hearing aids were a life changer and could not have been easier. Adjustment was easy and only took about 5 minutes to fine tune. These are as easy and similar as a pair of bluetooth earpieces. Charge time is a little longer but use time is a LOT longer. Charging overnight gives a whole day worth of use and if I forget to charge it can go 2 days is if I turn them off when not needed. You have to love advancement in technology.
