WiFi connectivity of Laser MFP 1188w with MacBook Pro M1/M2 Chip
The item was delivered in time but as suggested by Amazon that 2 persons will visit, one to deliver and the other for technical support. The delivery was as per the announced schedule it the Tech team guy of HP Laser MFP 1188w did not show up at all. The printer cannot be used with WiFi and this is the problem. Amazon must address my concern as I have called the online support which was of very little help. So my experience insofar as you t concerns to after sell support is very bad. Till today I have no email or call from HP Support. The saving grace is that I can use the printer with data chord connecting my MacBook and the Laser MFP 1188w.

Ethernet port not available
The product is not having the Ethernet port while in the description its mentioned that printer is having Ethernet. Don`t buy this if you are looking for the office.

Nice printer and scanner
Bought some six months ago. A decent printer and scanner. Printing speed is nice with very little noise. Image, text printing is sharp and clear. Copy and print is easy. But setting up a wireless printer requires an app from HP . Scanner menu is a bit complicated compared to my previous HP scanner. Have not counted number of copies printed in last 6 months but still printing with original toner cartridge. Cartridge needs to be replaced and cannot be refilled as it has a chip fitted inside. Overall a nice product.

Product is good to handle for home but there is no demo, small problems I faced to install, packing very strong, print quality nice and speed ok
