I couldn’t really tell the difference in my sleep time or to make me tired to fall asleep.

I absolutely love this product. I take it with another one of their products called Tranquility. I take 2 Tranquility an hour before bed then take one Sleep Easy 30 minutes before bed. I’ve never been a good sleeper and had to take Ambien which I prefer not to but since I started taking this combination I actually go to sleep and stay sleep….it’s amazing!

A great supplement to help one fall asleep-and get deep restorative sleep! A full capsule was too much for me (57 yo male) and I was waking up groggy.Now.. a half capsule before bed and I’m asleep within 20-30 minutes! Natural ingredients. Highly recommend.
