This worked wonders for treating and preventing my pregnancy nausea from beginning to end. I took one tablet nightly before bed which also helped me sleep at night. Typical bitter unisom taste if not swallowed immediately but that's with and doxylamine tablets. Great price and good quantity.

Very effective sleep medication but just reviewed long term adverse reaction. Long term use can cause dementia. No warning shows anywhere in the instructions.
