These are great little notebooks, and the value is perfect considering the price! The paper is not very thick but it’s not a problem for simple crafts. Also great for painting the cover for personalization :)

Versatile, used for “just journals”. Cover is sturdy. Paper is not made for anything other than ink. I’m putting scrapbook paper on the paper, so it’s what I needed. But not a sketchbook, markers and paint would bleed through. I’m only using a glue stick, not heavy glue. As far as performance the paper is made for pencil or pen. It’s unlined, so writing depends on your style. There are better values, I bought these for trial and error. Performance depends on how you are using it.

I bought this 4 pack of kraft covered blank journals to use in a refillable leather journal. They are well made for the price I paid. I used a fine tip permanent marker to test the pages. It did nit bleed through but there was a slight ghosting on the back of the test page. Not a big deal. I would have taken HALF a star for the pointed edges of the journals as most journals are rounded corners. But that was not an option so I gave them the whole star. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought for my granddaughter and niece who love to draw and sketch. They loved them. Just the right size to carry around or put in backpacks.

Plain but that was so they could draw on their covers.
