Works well but the fragile plastic handle fell apart after a few minutes use. Fixed it with a metal screw and araldite but felt this wasn't what I would normally expect to do with a new product. I suppose you get what you pay for so maybe I should have gone for a more expensive product.If you are going to buy this product then probably a good idea to have the fast setting version of araldite available and a 25 x 3mm screw to hand.

Well I was disappointed by this product ..the plastic is cheap the blades dont seem very sharp and it looked like it had been used before ..I would not buy this again .

The machine broke after only a weeks use. The metal screw of the turning handle was house in a plastic thread and had worn through. If used for soft veg eg, courgettes, cucumbers I think it would have lasted longer but butternut and beetroot were its downfall. I did not wish to have another machine with this inherent design fault so I did not contact the sellers, this rating is for the product not customer service.I liked the results of spiralised veg so have purchased a spiralizer made with all stainless parts

not easy to identify the gutters. Instructions were in picture form on the box . I had difficulty in using it as it seems to need a strong push on the handle holding the vegetable against the gutters. However thanks to my husband it worked well. Not bad value for the cost

Item was perfectly fine and works greatly. The spiralizer itself cut it slightly too thin for my liking but definitely as described and not a problem.However AVOID buying it from JR Cash Saver, the company will spam your e-mail with multiple e-mails after purchasing (so far ~6 with 3 in the last 24 hours alone, even after "taking me off the list").Buy this item, but avoid JR Cash Saver.

Very flimsy hard to push stains with darker veg

Hate it , so flimsy abit of pressure and it bends ,, used once then put in bin
