The three-part shape ensures optimal and even heat distribution in top and bottom heat. Thanks to the cut-out in the middle, the heat from the underbody is directly upwards. The lid then ensures a secure closure. The mould is made of high-quality stainless steel and is therefore not only very durable, but also easy to clean. The two handles help when serving for your guests - as the handles are also made of stainless steel, they could get very hot. The base shape is used for heat distribution, in the ring shape with the handles the action happens!
