When I ordered this set, it was more for just one of the pictures in it, and I kind of hesitated in getting it. But I have not seen a paint by number kit like the picture of the heart on the beach with the butterflies except with diamond painting, and I wanted to give this a try with paint. I have not completed that one or the others yet, but this seems like the typical DIY kit you see for paint by number. You get a small picture of the completed versions, the brushes, and the paints shown. I always use my own tiny detail brushes for these because of the small sections they have to paint, so I cannot speak for the brushes, but, again, they are fairly typical for what you usually would see. The canvases are halfway rolled up and folded. They are going to have creases, but they are not too bad. If I see other pictures I like for this brand, I would be willing to get more of them.

I love how the painting came out but was sad that I ran out of some colors. All the paints for all 3 paintings was together. I feel that they should have had their own set.

Love these pictures. I didn't give it 5 stars because the numbers on the paints wore off. This made it very difficult to continue painting the pictures.

These are good size panintings - wall hanging size- and I love the subject and colors. Overall I think all these paintings are beautiful. A couple of things I wanted to mention - the numbers are on anther sheet, so, if like us, you've lost one of your guides thats an issue ( luckily we were about 3/4 done) and secondly I don't believe there is enough paint in the pots to do the whole thing - we are done with 1, 3/4 with another and have only just begun the 3rd and I just don't see how the paint left will last . For the lost guide we are going to finish the 3rd one and use the reamaining paint to do our best on it. I have now taped an envelope in the back and put the guides in there. Some of the colors seem darker than I thought- maybe just less pastel-y? I like it so it doesn't bother me. I am 38 and this is an endeavor, not a lot of kids would be able to come back to this work for multiple long sittings because there are a lot of little spaces and so many numbers to keep track of. A motivated teen would be able to do it but I started these with my 11 YO and she was quickly done with it and I couldn't get her back to it because it's is not something you can finish right away, but I am going to keep trying. I like doing these, I find them relaxing and calming ( plus I will have something to hang up when I am done - hopefully!)

Because of so many tiny areas to paint and all the pastel colors, it was very challenging.

Could have been presented much better. Printed sheets wrapped round brushes and paints - no box - all shoved in to plastic bag. Very tiny pictures of what the end result should look like.
