Electrol Collo Black Solid Element & Electrical Hotplate Hob Restorer Polish Protector

I just finished using this and the hobs are looking almost like brand new! Unbelievable! I think I used the product somewhat differently than the instructions but it worked out quite well. I had pretty bad stains on one of the burners. After following the directions, I could still see a good amount of the stains. What I did was rather than turning the hob back up to medium high to reapply as per the directions, I turned the hob to the very lowest setting. Then, I put on a generous amount of the product. While the hob was still on low I very gently wiped the product around the element, focusing on the stain, with a folded up paper towel. Then I left the hob on that lowest setting for a good twenty-five minutes to let the product really get in there. I kept checking on it periodically. After about twenty-five minutes the terrible stains were gone!

I actually received the German version, although the picture says otherwise. Product itself is ok, but does not actually "restore" as it claims, only covers up. For the price it is ok I guess.

It is only a temporary fix. That said it makes my hob look like new. Same advice as others, put on warm rings then turn up fully for 5 to 10 mins. It smokes like a steam train but the results are good.

The item was delivered quicker than expected. A little bit of trial & error at first but, using some tips from other customers, I found it did the job brilliantly. Also, the first time using it, i found it a bit messy but you learn & the second time was quick, very clean, & easy. For hard-to-get-rid-of stains I took the advice from another customer. Lowest setting, put it on a bit thick where the stain is, rub it in with kitchen paper, then leave it at that setting for 30-45 minutes. It comes up lovely. My daughter wants one now. And i certainly know what product to buy again if this one runs out & my plates get stained again.

Ok so I followed the instructions and when it came to wiping he hot plates the black came off! So I tried again but this time didn't wipe, and it worked so mun better makes my cooker look like new! Very smokey when using however so make sure you open all the windows and doors and keep pets and children away, even though it says non toxic it still stinks!!

This product is used once a week and has cleared why are partners whiteheads from his nose great little product

Has to burn off for ages, thus set fire alarm of; Black still coming off days later. Now a month or so later has worn off. Cross as wasn't cheap

Wow this item really works well as you can see from the photo, before I applied it you could see wear and tear and the plates were alot lighter,but now it actually looks like a new cooker again,I'm really pleased with this outcome it just looks so much better.

Je venais de faire changer les plaques de la kitchenette de mon appartement et elle était déjà malheureusement en état pas terrible. J’ai acheté ce produit dans l’espoir d’enlever les traces blanchâtre et les légères marques de rouille. Ravie. Le résultat est génial. Le pot est petit mais pour des plaques pas trop abîmé, juste un peu de produit suffit largement.

top pour donner un coup de neuf au plaque.par contre j'ai pas du tout suivit le mode d'emploi.J'ai utilisé ce produits comme j'utilisais mon ancien produit pour plaque.A savoir, bien tourner la partie du dessus avec l’éponge intégrée dans le cirage noir.appliquer le produit de manière circulaire sur les plaques (suivre les strie de la plaque)puis polir avec des essuies tout pour enlever excédante de produit.faire chauffer rapidement les plaques a vide.

Redonne un coup de neuf.tres bonne protection.Mettre des gants pour l'utilisation. Se conserve bien
