the absolute best product, it saved me during a bachelorette party over the weekend. I was shocked. Didn’t even have a headache in the morning after 10 drinks and shots !!! I’m a 120lb lightweight for reference too. obsessed with this product.

This actually works! I have now tried it a couple of times. The next morning I wake up feeling great and not with that nasty hangover feeling.

I bought a pack of three.First one I drank zbiotics about 2hrs before drinking. I drank a huge amount of water that day and throughout the night. I had about 4 gin and tonics spread out from 7 to 10 pm. I had a huge headache the day after.Second one I drank zbiotics about 2hrs before drinking. Again lots of water throughout the day and night. I had 1 Margarita cocktail. Again huge headache in the morning.Third one, again drank the thing 2hrs before, lots of water...one mezcal cocktail and no headaches in the morning.So overall, I didn't sense any difference. The only thing I noticed is that while drinking alcohol I sometimes had a mild intermittent headache that felt different from my usual headaches. It felt kind of weird and I can't really describe it but I think it was due to this thing. I usually only have headaches the morning after and they are never intermittent.So overall it's a no go for me and I would not recommend it.

These absolutely work. I’ve been taking them about an hour before heavy drinking (shots!) at the bars. Been able to function the next day with mild tiredness but no nausea or funky stomach. But usually around 6pm I do start to feel more tired and ready for bed but that’s probably just from drinking in general, staying out late, and being old.Last night I decided to skip taking it because I thought that I wouldn’t drink that much. But ended up drinking a good amount and could not function at all today! Was in bed all day with waves of nausea.These are a bit pricy but I’ll take it every time I go to the bar from now on. Worth it.They taste like warm, flat Sprite with a dash of salt. Not bad at all though. And the volume is small so it’s easy to swallow.

Ok so I never write product reviews even when I like something. BUT, I had to write a review about this. As I get older, it gets more difficult to have a few drinks the night before, and not wake up with a hangover the next day or at the very least, severely dehydrated and headache, even though I drink electrolytes and take ibuprofen. I know my limit, and I rarely ever go over my limit simply because I’m not a heavy drinker. But anything after two drinks usually gives me a hangover and ruins my whole next day. Well yesterday, I decided to test this out because we were going out for a pre-St. Patrick’s Day drink and this morning I had to get up for work. I did exactly as the instructions said, I drank the whole thing right before my first drink. Well, last night I had three drinks which will usually results in severe dehydration and just a general feeling of hung over the next day. This morning I woke up a little tired, but the headache, the severe dehydration, and the general hangover feeling is not there and I’m so excited because my birthday is coming up and I really wanted to have a few drinks on my birthday and not feel hung over the next day. So if you’re in doubt about buying this or you think it’s too expensive, I’m here to tell you that it is 100% worth it. Cheers!

After 45, 4-5 seltzers now kicks my butt the next day (for perspective I live in Key West and have a pretty great alcohol tolerance). I won’t drink without this anymore. Significantly reduces the Victorian wasting syndrome, aka lying in bed all day, the day after having drinks.

i always bring zbiotics with me on a trip or a night out. i can actually enjoy more than a few drinks without having a raging hangover. it doesn’t really taste like anything and easy to travel with or sneak in a small purse.

It’s overpriced and the taste is bitter but I didn’t throw up and I don’t get a headache in the morning after drinking the previous night
