Perfect for my kids so they can sleep comfortably during the airplane trip.I got one for me that is more firm but this one is so comfortable and less firm than mine.

When I received this pillow, it smelled like mildew. I was like why does my pillow smell like this? It wasn’t wet, but it really smelled like mildew, So I sprayed it with some sanitizing spray and that took the mildew smell away. Other than that, I like the size it is very soft. It does come with his own bag so I can fold it up so it is easy to transport.

The Firmess is great both for my neck and my lower back. It's a perfect shape and size.

It's alright to use. I just find it very thick and it won't stay in place that I keep adjusting it. Thus the 3 stars which is average

Couldn't be happier, so comfortable.

I liked the sleeve on the pillow. But when i unzipped it to wash the sleeve so it wouldn't have the strong memory foam smell, I found the foam inside was dotted with mold. It also tears easily while being removed from the sleeve. I threw away the foam and had to buy a new pillow from the store nearby since my trip was going to happen before a replacement could come. I hope they can fix this issue for future customers
