Great laptop, but short battery life.
I bought two of these for my kids for the upcoming school year. They are great laptops. Lots of memory and speed. The only downside we've found is the battery life is super short. They only last an hour before needing to be charged.

Bad Computer
It took me a little while to get used to Windows 11 since I had used Windows 10 for a while but Windows 11 is much more dependable and reliable than Windows 10 was. Everything on my old computer was easy to download on my new computer. This computer is so much faster than the old one was. I am really impressed with it.This is an update - all of sudden I started getting blue screens where the computer shuts down and restarts because it encountered an error. The service center at Lenovo told me if I paid $60+ I would be able to get someone to come to my home under premium care to fix my laptop. All of sudden they won't send someone to my home but I have to send my computer to Texas to have this piece of garbage repaired. Not only that but I have to find a Fedex that will give me a paper receipt for shipping it which is not available in the town that I live in so I have to drive 45 miles one way to get this done!!!! I will never buy a Lenovo laptop again!!!!!!!

Laptop is light and fast. Definitely worth it
lightweight and fast laptop.fewer issues>random crashes, touchpad not that sensitive, shutdown button just not working resetting might work but haven't tried. But still worth it because of weight, storage and price.

Extremely disappointed right out of the box
this laptop is a waste of 400 bucks, it spent the first few hours of its life updating right out the box, it’s unbearably slow, and it doesn't let me use any apps besides chrome, If i even try to open the search or windows startup app, it doesnt do anything, cant open settings either, cant run any scans or anything to fix the hardware, I finally managed to get it working for about 3 hours until it decided to tell me that hundreds of updates were missing and has spent the past 6 and a half hours installing all these updates, i’ve had this thing for less than 3 days and its already caused more stress than anything i could’ve ever imagined and its unbelievable how a company could pass this product as functional, im extremely upset at the amount of money I wasted on this product and had to hold off for months to get it, only to be greeted with this

A perfect shopping
The workmanship is exquisite, and the computer is very light and thin, making it very convenient for both home and home use. Currently, the running speed is relatively fast, the screen effect is also very good, and the computer's heat dissipation is also decent. Overall, it is still good.

Runs great, until it doesn't
I've had this laptop for about three-ish days and in that time it's crashed about five times with 0 prompting. I have no idea what's wrong with it but I keep getting a 'power driver state failure' crash at random. I had this happen with basically only Google Chrome installed on the laptop and nothing else, it was the first two hours of using it.The CPU runs at near 100 percent with very little open. People say this is GREAT for gaming but I literally couldn't play anything without it running at 100 CPU and burning hot. I played a little bit of Overwatch on Medium graphics in the training zone and it chugged so bad, I couldn't see anything. It also has this forced PC App Store that will pop up with ads for MacAfee every twenty minutes and I cannot stop it from running in the background. Really disappointed.

Great for what I need
I recently became a gm for a company I work for so I figured I should have a laptop for doing some work at home. I have to upgrade window because it wouldn't let my doing anything that wasn't already part of the laptop which cost my about $100 but it has work great for minor work related tasks.

Great buy for college
My son started college this current semester and needed a laptop that was easy to transport, had good graphics, speed, and storage. This laptop is perfect. He is going for a degree in computer software engineering, and this fits his journey perfectly
