As it is American Tourister, it is a quality product but not all that sturdy. The zippers are not stiff and not easy to open or close.

I had limited expectations based on some of the reviews but I was really happy to see this product.Pros:1. USBC pass-through charging (some of the earlier photos showed USBA). I like that I can also keep my MacBook 16" in the laptop slot and use that to charge my phone from outside. Slight con here is that I can't charge and rest my backpack on the suitcase.2. Build quality is quite good - its hard plastic material, no complaints (no scratches, dents etc. ). The suitcase was delivered in cardboard packaging and wasn't pressed at all.3. Very light. At 2.4 Kg I'm a happy customer. I was looking for something 2.5KG or less and this fit the bill perfectly.Con:1. Keep in mind the laptop slot does eat into the top half of the suitcase. If you keep something like laptop, that's less clothing space. Overall the suitcase is rated at 35L (which I realised was the same as my small buffel bag I am replacing this with), so I know the limitations of how much I can carry. This is just fine for a weekend trip. If you want something for a week of clothing, consider the laptop-less variant of the same product or a "bigger suitcase".2. The handle does shake a bit when opened. I didn't think this was an issue, but my friend who has another samsonsite says he doesn't shake at all. Your opinion may vary, but list it as a con in case you are particular.Overall, I am very happy with this and would recommend this for any business traveller or weekend warrior.

Damaged, looked like used and repaired, luggage covers and shoe pouches were missing - these things were the only 1st part of terrible experience I had. Subsequent experiences were even worse.The return request was not executed by Amazon delivery team in 1st scheduled date. To cover up the same they called me at 9.50 PM in the night and falsely started blaming us that we were not at home when they visited us. When I said that can we check our CCTV recordings and our security gate records then they cut the call.After 5 minutes I saw that they have updated the status as "Verification failed" means we were not able to offer the product when they asked. In other words return pickup process failed because of us not because they didn't come for pick up as scheduled.Immediately I called customer service. After frequent paused and long call they were able to tell only this much that in 72 hours issue may be resolved. When I asked for transcript of our call they said that they can't share it. When I asked them why at the beginning of the call we hear this announcement that this call may be recorded for ...... only to use the same against the customer in case he has used some foul language in heat of the moment but not to support the customer claim. They had no answer...they were mostly speaking like programmed 🦜 parrot ....and were in too hurry to close the call. In fact they did disconnect the call without answering my last query / request.Next day when I followed them up I got a fresh return pickup date after 48 hours and fortunately this time it was picked without any tantrum. Status was showing after 5 hours as refund process initiated....yet to get the refund, but hope that it would be in few days.Moral of the story is.... This story has no moral, I have lost confidence in Amazon services ( more than the product) as product can have defect but services is used to restore confidence in customer against such bad experience. But in this case it further damaged the confidence.

Best in built-in quality, extra features like space for wet clothes inside, pouch bag for shoes, trolley wheels lock and TSA lock.
