Great product to track your real time stats and see how many shots I attempt and make on a weekly.
My name is Sebastian and I love this Swishhoop product, especially paring it together with my Grind basketball shooting machine, I can see how many shots I make and attempt. It's the coolest thing in the world. Everyday I will challenge myself to make more shots. You can also see your shooting percentage on all sides of court.

Good overall
This shot tracker is actually pretty good. It gets most makes and misses correct. There are plenty of drills that give you a variety of workouts. I love tracking my percentages on from different spots on the floor. The only reason I can't give it five stars is that I use a shot rebounder that catches the ball and rolls it back to me. The shot tracker doesn't do well with the rebounder. It often counts a miss twice, once for the shot and once when it rolls down the rebounder shoot. For example, I went 20/23 by my count and the app had me at 17/24. For me, that's important because I want to get a lot of shots up without chasing balls. So, I just assume I can add 5% to guess my actual percent. If you don't use a rebounder I think you'll like this a lot. It took me a while to figure out how to sync the app to my phone. I didn't realize I had to click the red dot next to the tracker name to get it to connect and turn green.I respect what they've tried to do with this product. It's solid.

It actually works really well!
I'm in the tech business. The individual technology that this device is made of isn't new (bluetooth, gyrometer..etc). However, the way everything is combined into a working product to create a great end user experience with extremely high accuracy is pretty amazing! I use it on my outdoor net in my driveway. It does a great job sensing misses via vibration, which includes double-bounces on the rim for misses and makes. The UI could improve and the swish stic is basically useless when trying to put the device on and off the net (I have to use a ladder). But those are details...the bottom line is that it works really well and is really accurate! The stats are available in real time to my phone. Amazing product solving a real problem.

WORKS REALLY WELL
So I bought this with a lot of skepticism. However, it really works beautifully. I don't have to charge it, I have to shoot once to activate it, and so far I've shot about 300 shots on it, and it's about 90% accurate. However, I do have an in-ground basketball hoop. I think you would need an in ground hoop, or at the very least a very sturdy base hoop. So I'm not sure how well it would do with the less sturdy wobbly basketball hoop. For $80, you can't go wrong with this. I'm not sure how long it will hold up to the weather outside, I will update my post in 3 months, and see how it does. Update: so I'm gonna have to downgrade it to 4 stars. It works very well EXCEPT when you start making nothing but net constantly. If you are shooting with two balls (which I do), and you have a shot return net, and it hits nothing but net 3 times in a row, it gets tangled in the net. Maybe there is a net that would be better, or you could flip the net up-side down, but that's the only thing I can think of. Just a heads up.
