Brilliant! careful of rusting taps
Amazing stuff, gets rid of limescale really well. Great when used concentrated for hard limescale, be careful not to leave on too long and ensure you rinse really well if using on taps, I’ve made this mistake and it rusted my taps

It works quick and perfectly well !
The internal part of my Wc was encrusted with a thick layer of lime scale on witch I tried so many products to make it go away nothing worked the layer of lime scale would pick the colour of the product use and it seemed as if nothing could get rid of it it looked horrible ….I bought this product hoping that it would help,And I was pleasantly surprised after pouring 1/4 of the liquid in My WC and left it in for 10 h (during the night ) with no unbearable smell, the horrible and unsightly limescale was all gone the following morning so happy with this product.Great value for money!!!

Good at removing limescale, but doesn't leave the shiniest of finishes
I live in a very hard water area (330mg/L) which means I use limescale removing products weekly. I usually resort to Viakal or CIF bathroom cleaner, both work fairly well. I was keen to try this product given the reviews.Pros:- Works effectively against limescale: I left my shower head bathing in a mixture of water and this HG limescale remover for a few hours, limescale was very successfully removed. I then poured the remnants of the liquid (used for the shower head) into the kettle and that worked wonders, all limescale gone.Cons:- Whilst it is excellent at removing limescale, it doesn't leave metallic surfaces as shiny as CIF bathroom cleaner, so after using this HG limescale remover around my kitchen sink, I did a final pass with CIF.

Works amazingly well!
This product works really well! I was amazed how quickly it got rid of some stubborn lime scale on my bathroom sink that just refused to go away previously. I will stop buying all the other useless products and just stick to this one.

The best
It cleans so well. Perfect for very stubborn stains in the bathroom, they go so easily. There’s a lot of limescale in London and I just have to brush with it once and the limescale disappears

Very Very good, but only if used correctly
Ok I had a toilet very crusted with limescale, that i'd tried using just about everything the shops had to offer on, to no avail, I still had a crusted toilet. I spotted this on Amazon and despite some negative reviews suggesting it was no good, I decided to give it a go, and bought 3 bottles admittedly not expecting too much.Much to my surprise, I now have a lovely clean looking toilet with no trace of crusty yellow looking limescale, BUT there is definitely a process.Night 1- I removed as much water as possible, poured a 3rd of the bottle around the toilet and left it overnight.Result - a small patch of light limescale removed higher up, and a slightly larger patch removed lower down, but no effect on the hard stuff, wondered if this would fail me too.Night 2 - Removed as much water as possible, poured a 3rd of a bottle around the toilet, then went about every crusted up area with the loo brush like a madman, well at least until it all looked a bit frothy, then I closed the lid and left it over night.Result - More limescale removed, but much to my dismay the thicker hard stuff was still there. Several expletives followed until I noticed a bit flaking off so having left a small scraper nearby from a previous attempt using other products, I took said scraper to it, just to see if I could actually scrape any off, and much to my surprise, everywhere I touched it, it ALL came away as easy as anything in large lumps which were broken up easily and flushed away,Summary - Very impressed, as I said I've tried all sorts and nothing has had any impact at all, but this stuff did the job fantastically. Don't get me wrong if you want something you can just pour down the loo and then come back to a shiny toilet in the morning, then this is not for you, in fact there is probably nothing out there for you anywhere and you'll have to continually face a crusty Carsie every time you take a leak, but if you have a loo brush, a bit of time to spare and an undying hatred of yellowy looking yuck surrounding your toilet bowl, then give this a go, do what I suggested and you'll be piddling and pooping on the shiny toilet of your dreams in no time at all.

It Does work on limescale -immediately!
Tried this product after scrubbing the limescale scale off the best I could. Poured a very small amount of this product onto the limescale and just watched it fizz off.Very pleased as it saves a lot of elbow grease.(I would recommend wearing gloves with this product, I can imagine if you get it onto the skin it would cause problems).Wash off immediately after the fizzing has stopped to protect any chrome you have poured it on as a precaution. It's does work fast- 10/10
