EasyFilter 12000 Pond Filter and 8000 Pond Pump Set

I have a similar one already, which is why I bought another one because the price is very competitive, and so far, I can see the pond water quality is improving.

Brought for my husband who stood over his pond moaning continually , and now I have a happy husband pond is so much clearer and can't wait to see results when we turn on uv as you have to wait a few weeks before turning it on. He says it was easy to set up and has made a remarkable difference to the pond. Would defo recommend.........

Excellent filter has removed most of the green water in a 36-hour period. The pump is a lot smaller than my old Oase pump but to my amazement, it is a lot more powerful and has got the pond cleaned and clear of green water almost overnight. Great product and very good company to deal with.

This is my second purchase of Easy Filter 12000 package via Amazon and not directly through Pondxpert. My feedback is the product is excellent, 5 stars for Easy to clean, Install, and value for money. and 4 stars overall due to the lack of information on what is included when ordering via Amazon, the kit does not contain the hoses and clips therefore when you get your lovely big box you are not going to set up the system, one will then require to source the tubbing and clips from DIY store if you want to get your toy set up on the same day. so to make you guys aware of course you can buy the tubbing when making the initial purchase of the kit so you receive it all same time, I don't mind if it is not included as the price for the kit without them is very good anyways, its the way it implies that you have a full kit ready to install.My experience with the product, I first bought the kit in 2015 surprisingly was the same price £149 lasted 8 years so a good run for the money, the pump has given up and 6 months ago the UV ballast had cracks and water went in, therefore, the UV stopped working and instead of buying new ballast and new separate pump I have ordered new kit. btw my pond is 4000ltrs.My best practice, to clean is not to use back flush, nicer and better to remove the top take the three sponges (filters) and clean them, I hose them down and put them back, and do not harm my fish or remove good bacteria, they say was, clean with pond water but you really do need the pressure to remove the gunk that is stuck to the filters. secondly, remember the order in which the filter goes first in, I had not made a note and there was no information to retrieve the answer, including on YouTube. make a note and stick it on the filter bucket, it is "Fine 1st, Medium 2nd, and Coarse on top" Don't go by colors because from my experience when I ordered replacement they came in different colors, it's the Fine, medium, and coarse stack.I had my kit running all throughout the year and served me well for 8 years with one change of filters and 2 uv 11 watt lamps. not very heavy on electricity usage running 365 days. It is an excessive size for my pond's needs but elements need air stones as the flow rate is good to create a waterfall and get plenty of oxygen into the pond, also site the filter on opposite ends to get a good circulation of the waters. I recommend this product.Happy fish keeping to you all, hope the above helps. By the way, my calls to PondXpert for advice have always been helpful even though I did not purchase directly from them.

Very easy to set up, just the job for my pond

OMG after reading many reviews on different pond pumps I decided to take a punt on the pond xpert 12000At first I felt a little cheated as the pond didn’t change much in a week 🫣But in week 2 OMG what a supper surprise I can not only see my fish clearly but the pond is crystal clear , my fish are loving it ,I did buy this pump and I’m glad I did what a difference soooo happyThank you to pondxpert , Johnathan was so helpful when I started pancaking about how long it was taking to clear and he was right ,patience ! lol 😂Also fast delivery and well packedX

Thought it was a pressurised filter as in squashes the filters itself not have to wash them by hand

Good pump and filter set. Filter much larger than I imagined, however, all set up now with consummate ease and working away.Item arrived well within time and in a good if not very large packaging.Time will tell over reliability. I have used two Hozelock pumps/filters prior to this one, so hopefully this will last longer.
