Works fairly well.
Smaller than I thought. Looks longer in the picture. It works ok but I think it was a little pricy for the size.

Lift pillow support.
I was a little disappointed. This pillow is not firm enough to support a paraplegic on his side... I do better with a regular pillow folded.

Wrong angle
The Pillow is very nice, but it did not work for my wife's back injury. The angle is off for her.
