The ROVSUN Electric 9QT Chafing Dish Buffet Set came just two days after I ordered it by UPS. I was surprised by how quickly it came. I was a little concerned because it ships directly from the seller. Amazon just collects the money and does the paperwork. For $109, I wasn’t sure what I would get but was pleasantly surprised. It seems well built, but not overengineered. It is relatively light at about 14lbs. The roll top has a bright mirror finish and works perfectly. It also comes with one full and two half food pans making it very versatile. Included is a very sturdy but not particularly long power cord. I ordered just one unit because there were not many reviews, and one said the company was unresponsive when part of their order was missing. The reviewer said they had ordered three and only one arrived. Just a side note here: At the time of this writing, it was cheaper to buy one at a time than to buy a two or three pack.So, the first thing I wanted to do was to make sure it works because it looks great! Sturdy and shiny: two things that work well with food equipment. Normally, you fill the reservoir with hot water. Otherwise, it can take a while to come temperature. I wanted to be sure it was working so I used cold water, about 67 degrees Fahrenheit. In less than one hour it brought the unit to 160 degrees. Eventually it reached 200 with the control set to maximum. Using hot water in the future will make heating to the desired temperature go quickly. The control knob is easy to use, feels solid and the temperature display is bright. I don’t know how it would fare in a commercial setting, but I can tell you it seems built well enough for many years of home use. As of now, I highly recommend it, especially at this price point. I will be ordering two more.

I love my chafers: made great they work perfect everytime I use them

This 3-pack item arrived defective:1] A bolt which secures the heater to the water pan was missing.2] There was a dent in one of the water pans and3] There were scratches on one of the dish covers. (See attached photo)I decided to return the 3 boxes but I was only issued one shipping label which I used to return 1 of 3 boxes. I contacted the company to issue me 2 more shipping labels so I can return the remaining 2 boxes. This is when the nightmare started. It always took 24 hours to get a response to messages from them and each time they were offering me a discount so I can keep the defective products and not return them. No matter how many times I told them that I just want to return the products, they just ignored my request for 2 shipping labels and would rather have me keep the defective items for a discount. After a few days of this nonsense, I gave up and escalated the issue to Amazon A to Z Guarantee and I was immediately issued a full refund. Amazon asked me to deal with the seller directly about returning the 2 remaining boxes. I did contact the seller again and gave them 7 days to issue me 2 return shipping labels. This time they did and I have returned the boxes.Please spend your money somewhere else and do not buy from this company. Their 24-hour response time for each message inquiry is unacceptable and I feel they sold me used chaffing dishes and tried to entice me with a discount to keep it. The classic bait and switch.

This set is amazing. It is large enough to cater to and feed about 50-100 people. There are 3 containers. It is electrical and very cool looking. Looks professional and clean.

A christmas present to myself! Well made. Durable and looks nice. Creating water warming process was easy too.

Amazon is the best they have the best product and a shipment is super fast

Decided in the future to serve holiday dinners buffet style. It is so wonderful how the lid just rolls closed. No need to find a spot to put the lid. Love that I no longer have to deal with sterno and the fact that those warmers make things to high when using your counter top. Wish I had this years ago.
