INJORA540 Brushed Motor Waterproof 5-SLOT 19T for 1/10 Scale RC Model Car Crawler Truck Buggy (INM10)

I had been looking for an upgrade to the stock motor in my WLToys 12428 after burning thru a whole bunch. I tried many of the comparable motors here on Amazon and most were either trash, or not a good match for speed or power. But this baby is gold. The 14T version of this motor is the exact perfect replacement. For the record the stock WLToys motor is 18 turns. So I originally bought the 19T version of this motor expecting it to be close. It turned out to be a bit slow on 2S due to being rated for up to 11V. Still fun but not quite as fast as stock. I did try a bit of 3S/2200/25C and it handled it fine and was crazy fast. The motor did get hot but if you trimmed your throttle maybe 10% and ran this on a low C 3S you could def get away with it and it would still be insane. Nonetheless this experience led me to believe the 14T would be perfect and it totally is. Gives a slightly higher top speed, with good power, but doesn't get near as hot. With a heat sink you can probably tear thru 2S packs all day. Looks good and like its built solid too. I'm so happy to have found this motor, and will be sticking with it for the forseeable future. If you have a WLtoys 12428 or similar, you can't go wrong with this motor. Also check out INJORAs 84mm driveshafts. They're a great upgrade to the junky WLToys options.

Very loud compared to stock. Very slow and I bought the 11t. I had another brand 12t and day and night faster. Returning this one. Was looking for a back up to my stock incase i burned it up again playing to hard.

I put this on my Traxxas Slash 1/10 scale, and I instantly noticed that it had a lot more torque. I have been using it for a few months, and I haven’t had any problems with it.

I bought this for my Capra, and paired with the Hobbywing crawler esc, with the pwm bumped up, and a little expo dialed in my radio, the bottom end torque is super smooth, almost brushless levels of smooth.It’s important to note when choosing your winds that this is a 5-pole motor, so it is not as fast as a standard 3-pole motor. Holmes Hobbies sells their 5-pole motors in 13 and 16 turns. He says the 16 is about the equivalent of a 35 turn motor. He used s 16-turn in his Capra review, and wanted a little more top end but was afraid 13 would be too much with the gearing available from the Capra’s stock transmission, so that’s why I jumped at this 14-turn motor, and I feel it’s about perfect with an 11-tooth pinion.

Bought this because it was 15 dollars honestly. It was my 4th motor. Stock reedy 5 slot 16t motor sealed can let all the smoke out. Traxxas sealed can motor just stopped working. Holmes hobby sealed Can motor just stopped working too. Nothing against any of these motors I was very hard on all of them. Mud fully submerged etc. so I wanted to try a rebuildable motor and see if that improved at all so I tried this one for 15 and I have taken this thing through everything and it would stop after 45 mins (through mud and water full throttle)”everything ) but I would take the brushes out and clean them and it would work again and again and again. Not to shabby
