Initially really liked this but after using for 2 weeks became broken. Wouldn't expect it to break this easily or quickly, it was only handwashed and handled with care so unsure how cracked.

The clip is broken. Is it possible for a new one instead of a refunc

I love how compact it is and how easy it is to assemble and when putting noodles with a sauce in it doesn’t leak and is super microwave friendly, I would however add that the clips on the lid on mine broke off within a month of me having it, this has meant that some days I have to try and find the clips and fix them before I use the box as they no longer stay attached

I had a first product delivered with a fault on the side of the clip part! It looked like it had been damaged when delivered. I contacted the seller who asked me to upload a photo and quickly responded by saying they would send another product. I recieved this yesterday in perfect condition. I am very happy with the service I recieved as well as the product itself!

The design is aesthetic. The material and manufacturing is nice. However, it is very small. Hard to clean. Difficult to fit together. One clasp holds the whole lunchbox together. I noticed after one wash the compartments don’t match up and fit together easily anymore.Overall nice looking and leakproof. Microwave safe. Just small and faffy.

Great little bentonite box. Not as large as it seems on the pics. Ideal for one person's lunch and ideal for work

Side clip was broken when package arrived

I purchased this product a few weeks back. Although it fits perfectly in my handbag and holds a good amount of food. The handle broke off and this meant that i could not use the product (unable to close).Sad as it is a nice lunchbox for work.
