Perfectly Chewy and Delicious Rice
This Korean brand rice cooker is perfect for making shiny, chewy, and delicious rice. I bought it as a gift for an Aussie friend who can’t eat bread from yeasts, and she absolutely loves it.

I cannot return the item
I bought this rice cooker and I can't use it. It doesn't turn on at all. When I want to return the item, I get the code from Amazon and go to all the stores to send it back. The stores check the code and can't return the item

Excellent service
Have to return the purchase because cannot be used in the UK due to 220V voltage. The whole refund process was so smooth, excellent service. Highly recommended and will buy again from this seller.

Don’t buy it
This product is not compatible for UK. I don’t know why Amazon accept this seller to sell which is not compatible in this country. When I asked the return, the postage charge is much more pricey than the item because the return address is in USA. So I have no choice and keep this useless rice cooker at home. My £127 wasted for useless rice cooker. I feel like the seller is twisted even though it showed details in below of the product.
