I’ve tried numerous travel pillows over the years on multiple late night and overnight flights. As one that tends to sleep better slumped over the tray table, traditional travel pillows often don’t fit the bill for me. This one is hands down the best I’ve tried.Complaints:-right-way (with the arm curve where my arms can go) it is too wide for the tray table on an average economy class airplane seat. I had to improvise a bit to get it to where it would set at needed for me to use, but I was able to get it situated and it worked well thereafter.-the pump bulb did *not* work at all. I was able to manually inflate it, so it wasn’t a massive issue, but it was annoying and frustrating.Praises:-very versatile and adaptable. I was able to use it multiple ways to get probably the most sleep I’ve managed on an overnight flight before. Not only could I use it on the tray table (eventually) in the straight-forward manner, but turned 90 degrees for a different angle of sleep, lengthwise with one end on the tray and one on the seat back for more upright sleep, and held lengthwise against my body for head support during takeoff/descent.-Comfortable. The opening in the pillow didn’t have rough edges or protruding seams that other inflatable upright pillows I’ve tried have, which makes it actually comfortable to rest ones face in. The pillow cover is soft and not harsh on tender facial skin.-Easy to inflate/deflate. It would have been nice if the inflation bulb had worked, but the larger-than-most valve made it fast and easy to inflate manually. The switch to deflate helped me fold it down and put it away quickly and painlessly. It fit nicely into the carry bag, without having to struggle with it.This is definitely my new default travel pillow, and very possibly that of my seat neighbor on my most recent flight who asked where they could get one as we were preparing to deplane. They said they had pillow-envy the whole flight.

I love the comfort it provides on a plane. Though it is rather difficult to pump it up.

I don't even use it all the time but suddenly one day, it started deflating. Took it out of the case and couldn't find the leak. Can't contact the seller either. Other than that, it's a cool universal pillow.

Works great for long plane trips. Was able to doze off and rest without neck discomfort after landing.

Broke the air pump button in 1 use. Now it's useless

I really appreciate that I don't have to blow this up manually, but I have the option if I need to. The cover is super soft and comfortable and I can deflate this to use as a lumbar support. It's quite a bit bigger than I realized so I don't tend to bring it with me when traveling; at least not on an airplane, sometimes I still bring it on a road trip. It does fold up well for storage and that's a plus. I like the idea, I just don't think it's for me.

I bought this pillow to lay out in the sun with your face down in the pillow to get some sun tan on your back. I took it to Florida with me on vacation and it didn’t take up very much space in your suitcase when it’s deflated. The perfect soft pillow on your face for tanning your back.
