Electric Constant Flow Supplied Air Fed Respirator System Half Face Gas Mask

I have issues with my lungs. So a standard 3M respirator doesn't really work for me. I'm planning to paint my car. The paint I'll be using contains isocyanates. So its toxic. The mask is comfortable, but the seal between your face and the mask is very poor. The straps only offer one point where you can adjust the tightness of the mask. I was trying this with a trusdale high volume air pump. The mask is small and cheaply made. I wouldn't trust my life to this unit. Plus they don't offer returns for the product. I your disasatisfied you'll be out about a hundred dollars.

Used to doing house painting worked extremely well. Easy to breathe through on number one setting and number two did not have the crud in my nose because I have to clean it out every time I do that kind of work and did not get any crud out of my nose so You have to make sure you adjust it correctly for your face really enjoyed it

1. works with any NATO style, 40mm gas mask, just screws on where the filter would, you screw the filter on the pump.2. allows you more freedom by putting the bulky filter at your waist.3. creates positive pressure around your mask, so it's easier to breathe, no leakage from around the gas mask when you inhale (like sucking in the crap you don't want to breathe!).It works as advertised, but... I wish I didn't have to cobble together a full face mask, 90 degree Israeli Supergum hose & good filters to get what I wanted. So, this was one part of the final setup.

Needs to have more volume

The unit works pretty well, but the mask is "not good". It's sized somewhere between small and medium, and there are no other size options. Also, the straps/headpiece are badly designed junk. On the plus side, the unit is quiet, moves an acceptable amount of air, and a full charge lasts 6 - 7 hours at the lower setting. If they would significantly upgrade the mask, it would be a much better choice.

This mask has helped me stay cool and comfortable in some situations where my other non-powered respirator has been more uncomfortable. The battery last easily 8 hours on a charge. The only issue I have on this is that it is not NIOSH or it would be have five stars

Nice fit,,,the only thing I wish it would have asked,small,,, medium,or large for the face,,,,,,an I need to get replacements on the filters,,,,where can I get them?
