I’ve been using the Phomemo 241BT Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer for almost 2 years now, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The setup was straightforward, and I was able to start printing labels almost immediately.The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the paper loading process could be a little smoother. I frequently have to adjust the paper a bit to ensure it lines up with the printing correctly. This happens on often when it loses power, however, once you get it re-aligned, it will print perfectly!It's definitely taken a beating, printing 1000+ items and still as good as the day I got it.Overall, the Phomemo 241BT is a solid, compact, and efficient printer that has made my label printing much faster and more convenient. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compact thermal label printer for personal or business use!

Easy setup, have it a couple of weeks and works fine so far. Comes with all wires and connections needed to start printing , there is also a couple of blank labels included what was good as I forgot to order some . *** unfortunately this has also stopped working for me, tried all the troubleshooting options watched numerous videos and couldn’t get it back working, red light continually flashing and blank labels coming out. Pity because when it worked it was a great little printer. RETURNED

I really like this printer. its cheap, very effective and works every time. The bluetooth isn't very powerful as you have to be quite close to the printer but thats not a problem.

I love this label printer! So easy to use, I did get a roll of labels separately and a label holder to hold it straight. I sell online and always printed my labels but was fed up wasting some labels and using so much ink; this is so good and quick too. Very happy.

Good quality and good value for money

After downloading the app, turn on the bluetooth to connect the device. Very easy to operate, select the photos or documents you want to print, no ink required.The clarity of the printed handwriting is not as good as that of the ink printer, and the bold font is more obvious on the printing paper.I just want to print one, and the result is three consecutive prints of the same.I tried cutting the large paper to fit this printer, but it didn't work, so this printer needs a fixed paper size, you may need to check with the seller before buying.It is undeniable that it is indeed very convenient, the machine is small, does not take up too much space on the desktop, and is very easy to store when not in use. But it does not print as well as ink printers.
