This little speaker sounds wonderful for its size. Nice crisp highs, clear midrange with clean and robust bass. Its all metal shell feels solid and hefty.

This is an item specifically for the Bang and OIufsen Beoplay speaker so while it's very useful if you own the speaker it's not meant for use with another product. That being said it's awesome for what it's made for. I had purchased the Beoplay online and didn't realize how big it was, lol. It sounds amazing but it's not quite the portable little speaker I was expecting so I've been using it mostly at home. This stand holds it prefect and keeps the speaker orientation where the sound projects into the room. I think it helps the speaker sound even better, which is saying something since it's an amazing sounding speaker on it's own.

There is no access to the charging port if you put the speaker in the stand the way it is exhibited in the listing. You have to rotate it so the port is on the top which means the strap is hindered by the support piece on the bottom. So it sits slightly askew if you want to listen to it while charging. It works fine otherwise and is a sturdy little stand.

The plastic bits that hold the Beoplay A1 on this stand broke on the second day. I was able to repair it with Gorilla Glue, but it is not the same and certainly not worth the money!

Stand was already broken in the box, defective, had one previously & one of the support brackets broke… so order again & they sent me one broken… I’ll pass on this item in the future

Inferior and broken

The main reason I had been looking for a stand is that I'm renting a place temporarily, and so I can't install everything the way I would if I had a permanent place with my own furniture and walls I could nail stuff in! This is to be a more stylish way of displaying an already gorgeous piece (B&O speaker). Unfortunately, "Txesign" is so proud of their company name, that they had to put it front and center, on the plastic base -- white text on black. So, it is absolutely impossible to ignore, and I was hoping it was a sticker or something I could scratch off. It is stuck on there, impossible to remove! That fact alone will keep me from using this beyond when I move. Additionally, the connecting screws/brackets are yellow/brass colored. I realize now this clashes with my silver-colored speaker.Anyways, at initial glance, for my Bang & Olufsen A1 2nd generation, this seemed like a perfect thing to test and review! The design is such that the speaker is really resting on a piece of fabric to decrease any vibration from the speaker. While I appreciate that the stand could be for storing/displaying this on a shelf. For me, I carry around to listen to music in various rooms. I expected the sound quality would be improved from such a stand, but this is NOT the case!The strap on it just hangs over the stand, with a built-in notch.Bottom line: ugly logo that can't be removed, doesn't aid in sound distribution, cheap construction and cheap looking, but functional. I wouldn't purchase again.
