I love these

I ordered these for a Ladder Shelf to put miscellaneous items in and they work beautifully .They are a deep , rich chocolate brown and they do have a little chalkboard on the front if you want to label them. They do come with 3 small pieces of chalk as well I did not try it but the surface of the chalkboard does not seem like regular chalk would workThey are able to be locked , I guess ,by wrapping the loop on the cover over the tan knob on the front , However I just tucked the the loops into the top .They do feel very sturdy due to the wire frame but the wicker is not stiff or plastic feelingThey have handles on both sides, although they are not heavy . so they are easily transportable .These would also look great stacked . I can see uses for them in an office , bathroom (extra toilet paper or makeup holders) , Kitchen ( I am thinking of using one of them to store dish towels and just leave the lid open).These would make a great gift for a housewarming or for a college student as they are very adaptable to any decor.I do recommend them!!!

These 3 baskets are super cute and sturdy. They were a little smaller than I expected but I should have paid attention to the measurements. Regardless, the smallest is perfect for our entry table to drop keys, sunglasses and wallet in. The other two bigger baskets are perfect for under the aquarium to hold all the fish food and miscellaneous in one and dog treats and brushes in the other.

These baskets are really fun and great for organizing! I love the flip open lid, the way they can close by pulling the hemp loop over the bead, and it even came with a bag of chalk for writing on them.Why I got them…I was tired of my husband putting our daughter in short sleeves and shorts during the winter. I think it has something to do with him being a Denver native as he often wears shorts himself even when it’s freezing here! Haha. But anyways, I was able to put all the “summer” clothing for my 3 year old daughter in one of these baskets. Fit quite a bit! Now I won’t have to listen to my husband say, “well, it was in her dresser.” The seasonal clothes are all separated now and I’m happy! These baskets are great, I recommend them!

These handwoven wicker storage baskets with lids are adorable. They're well-made (and obviously handwoven, judging by the tiny idiosyncrasies in each one), and the dimensions in the product listing are accurate. They're also sturdier than one might imagine.I can envision all sorts of uses for these. Right now, mine are stacked in the living room as decoration. The smallest one makes a perfect storage zone for the TV remote and other small items that collect near the couch.The loop that is supposed to hook around a button on the front of each box to keep the lid closed put up a bit of a fight the first few times I tried to use it, but it stretched with repetition and now is much easier to manage.

I have been majorly trying to reorganize and declutter my house lately. Given that I work from home, my desk can get a bit busy sometimes. These baskets came in exactly the perfect time for me to use them to store and organize all of the packing materials I use on a regular basis. Granted, they’re not huge. But the largest one easily fit a couple dozen bubble mailers in different sizes and the smallest was perfect for my wax sealing kits.More specifically, they’re really well made. Strong wicker, with what feels like a metal framework. They come with chalk, to write on the blackboard panels on the front, but you have to press fairly hard to get decent results. But that’s okay! I don’t really want them labeled, myself.These baskets are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.

These have rigid metal frames, so they are sturdy. They are all perfectly symmetrical, so the lids fit as they should, with no gaps or imperfect alignment. The "wicker" itself is surprisingly soft, not coarse feeling at all. I ordered the Coffee version, and it is exactly the color of ground coffee, very rich looking. The lids, when closed, sit nicely and evenly on the bottom frames, with no gapping, so if you don't want to mess with securing the loops to the toggle buttons, no worries, the lids are lying flat even without going through that step. The little 'blackboard' plaques are functional, too, and they enclose the chalk if you want to write on the plaques.

The finish on the chalkboard panels is somewhat glossy and not typical chalkboard finish, so the included chalk does not write on the surface. Chalk marker works on it, but you would have to purchase a chalk marker. Otherwise, nice aesthetically pleasing baskets. I am using mine for leathercraft materials. I don't use the closure, because it is a little cumbersome, but they are fine without it. Supports the weight of heavy leather scraps and tools. Stackable. Three baskets included. Great value for money, just remember to get a chalk marker.
