Good product with helpful customer support,I had a small issue with my NutriPro Blender, but the company resolved my complaint quickly. The blender blade got loose with constant using after 2 months of buying .But the company has steadily send me a new blade & jar I'm very thankful for it Very helpful customer service. The blender works well now and is useful for daily use. Happy with the product and support.

I’ve been using this juicer mixer grinder for some time now, and overall it is a good product. It performs well for everyday tasks like making juices, grinding spices, and preparing chutneys. The motor is powerful enough, and the blades do a good job of grinding smoothly and efficiently. However, one small issue I’ve noticed is slight leakage when dealing with liquids, especially while blending juices. It’s not a major problem but does require a bit of extra care while using. Apart from this, the build quality and performance have been satisfactory. Overall, it’s a reliable and useful appliance for daily kitchen use. If the leakage issue is improved, it would be even better. Still, a good option considering its performance and value for money.

I bought this juicer mainly to make my daily Dandy shake, and for the first few weeks it worked really well. powerful motor, smooth blending, and no issues with leakage or overheating. However, the real highlight of this purchase has been the support team: I contacted them on WhatsApp, and they responded quickly, were very polite and patient, and immediately offered a replacement without any hassle The replacement unit was shipped the same day and reached me within 1 day, which genuinely exceeded my expectations. The new juicer is working perfectly so far, and I am back to making my Dandy shakes without any problems. performance is smooth and consistent, just like when it was new. Overall, even though my first piece turned out to be faulty, the way the company handled the situation has increased my confidence in both the product and the brand. If you are looking for a convenient juicer for quick shakes and smoothies and also care about responsive after‑sales service, this is a solid option and I feel comfortable recommending it.

This Mixer Grinder has been really value for money because of the budget I got it at. Most ones at/near the same price point do not provide the same quality regarding manufacturing materials and results from the grinder. Also, the warranty on the item has been honoured. They have replaced the motor that had broken down. There were hiccups in the pickup during the return. However, Cookwell helped me through it.
