Awesome Product
At first, I was a little nervous about purchasing these products - especially since sizing is a little confusing. But I'm so glad that I did. I recently got into olympic style weightlifting - and have been practicing pretty rigorously during shelter in place. Since I only have a barbell and 2 45lb plates (borrowed from my gym) - my thumbs were getting pretty beat up from snatches and cleans. Since I'm fairly new - 135lbs was nearing the limit of my snatch weight - so there were a lot of painful pulls in the hook grip position.I like the simplicity of these numbs. They probably don't offer the same protection as tape - but they're so easy to just slip on. Now, I don't feel like it's a chore to practice a couple of lifts at the end of my virtual "Crossfit at home" sessions. And I have the confidence and ability to do hang snatches without losing my grip or tearing up my thumbs. I'd definitely recommend this product.

less wasteful than tape which is good!
I do Olympic lifting 2-4 times a week and always use tape on my thumbs. These are a nice value for the money and eliminate the waste of constant tape. The one issue I do have is that the seam on them is kind of uncomfortable. There is no perfect way to place it. If you put the seam on the top, it digs into the thumb cuticle, and if you put it on the bottom, it's not perfect either. I will probably still use tape for maximal or near-maximal lifts in light of this, or if I was competing, but for everyday use I do recommend them.

Size Matters
I have unusually large hands. Although I purchased the largest size available, the sleeves are still pretty tight. I should say, perhaps it was just a breaking in that they needed. I started off using them on my index finger and then moved them to my thumb. They're a little tight but at least I can get them on now. During use, they certainly do assist in avoiding / preventing skin pull blisters. They wick away sweat and are easy to wash in a kitchen or bathroom sink. Well done.

Seems well made; looking forward to next round of power cleans to test them out
Seems well made out of the box. Comfortable fit and I have no doubt that they'll protect my thumbs. Hopefully, they'll prove to be durable, too, and I think they will. If you're unsure of ordering size large or medium, go for large. The sizing chart showed that I was right at the border between the two (25-mm). I ordered large they are just right, if not just a bit snug. I imagine they'll loosen up a bit upon use, but I'd be happy with them even if they didn't. I wouldn't order a medium, though.

Lifesaver for your thumbs!
Bought a second pair - that way I can wash and air dry one set, while using the other set. For less than $10, its easy to own multiple sets! They may not seem like much, but these little things make a HUGE difference when lifting, especially when it gets heavy and/or I get tired. I've had them about a month, with regular use, and they seem to be holding up well. I plan on tossing them in the wash soon, as the chalk seems to stick to them.
