Quality Control not good
There were good reviews on this motorcycle cover, a few mentioned poor instructions and they certainly were not great but not too hard to workout. Problem I had was when assembling the frame, one of the steel tubes did not have the pre-drilled holes meaning I was unable to finish and ended up having to repackage and return. I tried calling the company several times to see if I could get a replacement tube for the frame as opposed to sending the whole thing back but they never picked up the phone in the 3 attempts I made. Quality control on the first cover was non existent and should never have been sent out. Another should be delivered tomorrow, I'll update on that once it's delivered.***Update 14/08/18 - Second Ridehide cover turned up today and this one was complete with all the correct pre drilled holes. The cover fits my sons AJS TN12 125 and he's happy. I will give it a few weeks to see how it copes with wind and rain and update again - increasing rating to 3 stars and will increase again if all ok in a few weeks. *** Update 03/06/19 - Increased rating to 5 stars. Its been over 6 months now and the cover has been excellent - Its not faded, protects the bike very well and withstood some really windy days

Mobility Scooter Cover
"Excellent service, as described, packed well, arrived earlier than expected :-) Easy to put together, has been in use since arrival, fits my mobility scooter perfectly, a real pleasure to open/close :-DIt is so easy to use that I go out so much more than before, has made a real difference for me :-DI have been using this for a while now and it has proved to be an excellent buy, it has kept my Mobility Scooter perfectly dry ...and Spider free!Edited to add this: It has been just over a year now since I purchased this, it has been opened/closed on average 5 times a week every week since. It hasn't moved at all despite being fairly open to the weather and NOT bolted down, just held in place with a couple of breeze blocks and the weight of my Mobility Scooter itself. It is still just as easy to open/close and still waterproof despite the fading. I am delighted with this product and would buy again if need be :-)

Ridehide Breathable motorcycle cover
Updated review after less than a year of use.Not as robust a frame as I originally thought - metal frame at the front/ground bracket has eroded and is now broken - see photo 1. After a recent episode of high winds the frame itself is completely deformed/twisted and warped/no longer the original shape and is now not fit for purpose - see photos 2-5. The frame is loose and wobbly and I have to lift it to get it over my bike as it is so deformed. It has a 5 year guarantee but has lasted less than 1 year. I would have expected it to be a bit stronger and able to tolerate at least some inclement weather- this is the UK afterall, but didn't expect it to fail so badly. And it leaks! Maybe i got a dud one but i will not be replacing it with the same make!! Have emailed the company i bought it from and am awaiting a confirmation of receipt of email, never mind a response, a week later. Have also emailed amazon.Arrived within time specified and had a follow up email with additional instructions on assembly. However, additional instructions were not needed as there was actually a little plastic pouch in the box with instructions, as well as a small padlock (thank you). The instructions were fairly easy to follow as I had a bike cover similar to this one (this one is replacing a cover of a different make which has rusted and rotted away!) and so kind of knew what went where. Some of the pins holding the frame pieces together do not quite marry up, which is why I have only given it 4/5 stars, but the cover, once placed over the frame with Velcro secured, holds the frame in place. I'll try to reset the pins in a few days once the frame has had time to settle in place as it may just need a firmer touch/grip than I was giving it today. It seems like a strong robust frame and very substantial (?) canvas cover so will see how it does over the winter/windy weather.

Super quality bike tent
This review is after 3 years of owning the ridehide bike shelter. The fabric is starting to show signs of weathering, a bit green and sun bleached. The areas where the fabric stretches under the frame that are in constant contact with the ground are beginning to wear through the fabric. That is really down to not making sure the tent can move slightly in strong wind situations. After 3 years the tent still keeps my bike in good condition.I would strongly recommend the ridehide, I would also in retrospect recommend making sure when you erect and site your tent make sure it doesn't sit wher water can puddle as the causes condensation inside the tent.If I purchased a new tent now I would also try and fix it down.Extremely happy with my ridehide and will definitely purchase another when the time is right.

Too low to go over mirror but seems good.
Product arrived on time and packaged well. Overall easy to put together as one, other than one of the preassembled tubes facing the incorrect way. The cover material seems solid enough and waterproof but I'm guessing time will tell. My only disappointment is the size. I have a honda rebel 500 so not a huge bike. It only just goes in, that's after removal of my right mirror. The first cover bar is too low to go over it otherwise. A little annoying having to bolt and unbolt a mirror each time I go out or arrive home but if it keeps the bike dry I'll have to live with it.

Arrived prompt best for smaller bike
Arrived on time not had chance to erect it yet but looks straightforward. The framework seems sturdy enough and the instructions are ok,canvas is good with tapped seams. The fixings are good. Up date have now erected it and it all went together really easily. Bike fits ok but I have a small 500. I've had this cover for a while now and having been unable to use my bike it's been under cover for over two months there has been No condensation or water ingress what so ever. Better than I could have hoped for.

Motorrad-Garage

A éviter !!!
