How many rods come in one box? Is it enough to do 2 elves or do I need to order 2 of these?

There are only 4 rods. It wouldn’t be enough to do 2 elf’s. The magnets are not very strong either. I was disappointed after doing our elf last year. I’ll be replacing the magnets this year.

What is the lenth of the wires?

I would say the length of the arms and legs.

How long does rhis take?

We did this in maybe 10 minutes total.

I read one of the comments and someone had mentioned making a loop w the wire before inserting?

I don't sew and this was so easy to use. Not sure what you would need a loop for? I just stuck the wire in, positioned it and sew it shut.
