Cruelty-free and Vegan. Directions 1. Prepare your eyelids by applying a primer or eyeshadow base. 2. Choose 2-3 shades from the palette that you'd like to use. 3. Apply the lightest shade all over your eyelid as a base. 4. Apply the medium shade on the outer half of your eyelid. 5. Apply the darkest shade to the outer corner and crease of your eyelid, blending well. 6. Optional: Use a smaller brush to apply the darkest shade to your lower lash line for a smoky effect. 7.
