KF5013 Tube Roller bender Pipe Rolling Machine With 6 Dies For Both Round And Square Tubes

I wanted this to bend my 1" square steel 14 gauge tubing to follow the curves of my planter wall, down to a radius of about 30". No problem at all for this tool. It took way less time than I thought it would. I ended up bending a couple pieces too much! No problem. I mounted the tool horizontal to the ground and back rolled them to fit. I am very pleased with this tool's capabilities.

Works as intended. The lower square dies are adjustable, which is a nice feature. The finish of the machine work is not super smooth, but adequate. Overall a good machine. Because of the extra set of dies it’s worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. Opened it up, used it!Works just perfect!

The flat bar die did not want to fit onto the handle you turn to feed the material. I had to grind down the handle and it still needed a hammer to get the handle to go thru the die. Should be better for this price, feels like cheap Chinese tool, heavy thick steel that doesn't look or go together with precision. Sloppy tolerance in the mechanism that feeds the material it is bending. Equivalent to a lower budget harbor freight tool.

I recommend, no assembly needed. Everything was powder coated, greased and ready for use after unboxing. Package came double boxed and very secured. Great product for the small shop or home hobbyist. I can’t believe what I got for the price. I would give 10 stars

This thing works great for bending flat and round stock. Wish I had it earlier.

A simple to use bender that works well.The dies are easy to swap out for round or square tubing. The key to using this tool is patience. Slow gradual bends are the way to go, start well under what you want your final radius needs to be, and work your easy to that radius by repeating the process and increasing the tension on the rollers every few passes. This will get you good results. With some materials you actually need to overbend the piece so that the spring back is compensated for. Trial and error will be your friend there.

I've been trying to design some control arms for my 4x4, and while I have not achieved a good design yet this machine has allowed me to explore different angles for prototyping. I think soon I will try to use it for bending some steel tube for rock-sliders.
