I'm writing this after one year of usage. The bag looks good at first impression. But stitching came out after 10 months of usage. So it's not worth invest in this bag. Instead we can go American Tourist or sky bags. And they have the worst customer service. Where ever you are they will take your bag to Thane by road ways. Which will take 5-6 days for delivery. After they will take 10 days for repair. Then again by road ways to your location other 6 days. The warranty process itself take 1 month. If you don't have warranty then waste of money. 2k for one year.

I purchased a this bag in dec 2022 and I am extremely disappointed with its quality and customer service. Within just 5 months of use, the bag got damaged, which is highly unacceptable.To make matters worse, when I tried to find information on how to claim the warranty for my bag, I discovered that the company had failed to mention any details or procedures on their website. This lack of transparency is frustrating and leaves customers in the dark when it comes to seeking assistance for faulty products.
