When the drive motor was removed and the sunroof is open, please carefully move the glass panel to the closed position and remove the glass panel. 2.Set the lifter arm timing by manually sliding the mechanisms in the track until the timing holes in the trolleys are aligned with the timing holes in the lifter arm cams, and insert pins into the mechanisms to hold the mechanisms in the closed position. 3. Place the motor into position and install the screws attaching the motor to the bracket. Tighten the screws to 26 inch lbs. (3 Nm). 4. If the sunroof glass panel was removed previously, remove the timing pins and install the sunroof glass panel. 5. Partially install the headliner and connect the sunroof wiring electrical connectors. 6. Temporarily install the sunroof switch and perform the sunroof motor teach procedure. Refer to Power Sunroof, Drive Motor Teach Procedure. 7. Test the sunroof operation, adjust the glass as necessary. 8. Complete the headliner installation in the reverse of the removal procedure. 9. Connect the negative battery cable.
