When you have the information simply send us a message giving the family surname and christian names, gender & ages of children. 3. If the family surname is not given we will enter our family. 4. All prints are manufactured to fit a 10" x 8" picture frame. 5. Please note prints my differ slightly due to personalisation request. 6. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days please allow 7 days for your print to arrive. 7. Your print will be packaged in a A4 hard backed envelope. 8. Due to the nature of your gift it can't be returned, if you are not 100% satisfied please contact us we will be happy to resolve any issues. 9.
